Job Summary ? ?? is partnering with a luxury 5* star Lodge in Botswana to recruit an experienced & dynamic ???? to head up their kitchen This opportunity requires a qualified Executive Chef with a Culinary Arts diploma and at least three years of experience in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary and wine knowledge, creativity, and an eye for current food trends, especially within the safari hospitality industry. Requirements A diploma in Culinary Arts with a minimum of 3 years' experience as an executive chef. Excellent food & wine knowledge and up to date with food trends in the safari industry. A Strong leader with good communication and interpersonal skills, organized, proactive, experienced in managing staff and dedicated to delivering guest satisfaction. Computer literate with cost control, budgeting, organizational, planning and financial management skills. Up to date with food health & safety practices and adhering to world class Hospitality & Service Standards. Relevant Tertiary Education for work permit purposes & a valid passport Stable employment history and written references. ??PLEASE NOTE - A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
