Role Purpose

To provide business management support to the Head of Momentum Wealth including a diverse range of aspects with the main aim of executing the strategic objectives of the business effectively and in partnership with the broader Wealth team.
Requirements

• Relevant degree in Actuarial Science, Investment Management, CFA or similar

• Post- graduate qualification

• 2 - 5 years' experience in the retail investment industry.

• Preference will be given to candidates that has an in-depth understanding of the LISP (retail platform) industry

Duties & Responsibilities

• A support role to enable the Head of Momentum Wealth.

• Keep abreast with best practices within the financial services industries and support the Head of Wealth with market research, by being proactive and well-informed of developments in the local and international platform industries by reading financial media and following developments with a key interest.

• Report writing for submission to various internal forums.

• Developing and building presentations for the Head of Momentum Wealth.

• Play an active role in managing the mailbox of the Head of Wealth to understand external stakeholder needs, source solutions internally and respond to clients timeously.

• Assistance with writing media articles and thought-leadership content.

• Support in building and managing internal and external business relationships and stakeholder alignment and information sharing.

• Support with problem-solving and resolution as required.

• Support certain aspects of projects that support the realisation of the business's strategy.

• Work with the broader Momentum Wealth team to support and align efforts across Momentum Investments and thedistribution businesses to meet multiple stakeholder and business outcomes.

• Ability to understand, analyse and synthesise business requirements.

• Support the Head of Momentum Wealth with the tracking, controlling and influencing business activities with the specific aim to increase and improve operational service & efficiencies.
