We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CEO's diary, including schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion
Support personal administrative tasks as required
Assist in project management and operational activities as assigned
Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (typically 3 - 5+ years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience supporting C-suite executives
