ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage executivesxe2x80x99 calendars and set up meetingsMake travel and accommodation arrangementsOversee the performance of other clerical staffFormat information for internal and external communication xe2x80x93 memos, emails, presentations, reportsTake minutes during meetingsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceMarketing Assistant xe2x80x93 Proof reading, Newsletters etcRequirements and skillsWork experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar roleMarketing experience as you will be assisting the Marketing Manager as well as the CEOExcellent MS Office knowledgeOutstanding organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)Excellent verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityMatricPlease submit your CV + Salary expectation and recent picture to Gypsy recruiter@servicesolutions.co.za
