The

Executive Assistant to the Headmaster

serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of the Headmaster.


Duties (not an exhaustive list):




Calendar and Correspondence Management: Oversee the Headmaster's schedule, appointments and manage communications Confidential Information Handling: Maintain professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information Administrative Support: + Prepare letters, reports, minutes and other documents as needed
+ Proofread communication and edit for accuracy, consistency and professionalism
+ Organise and maintain confidential records including meeting notes
+ Interview co-ordination
+ Submit weekly payment requisitions
Creative Communications: + Collaborate on internal and external communications with the marketing team
+ Produce engaging presentations, invitations, programmes, or event material
+ Comfortable using design tools such as Canva, or similar.



Qualifications and Experience:




Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant Proven experience and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite A degree in Business Administration would be an advantage Experience in the education and/or marketing sector would be an advantage

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels Ability to build positive rapport with colleagues, pupils and parents Experience or willingness to assist with organising functions, including logistics, decor, and hospitality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning and organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Confidence to take charge of difficult situations, work under pressure and meet deadlines A high level of energy, integrity and confidentiality Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours Committed to upholding the St Peter's ethos
