Executive Assistant - RemoteDaeMonte is the CEO of a start-up wholesale real estate companyThe company has around 10-12 team members with a mixture of virtual overseas and stateside. The company is driven by the sales and Marketing departments.This position will be fluid, evolving, and challenging. We are looking for someone who enjoys breaking routines and working in a dynamic work environment that will change on a regular basis.This is a long-term position with lots of opportunities for growth. If you think youxe2x80x99d like to work alongside someone who never wants to stop growing as a person then this could be a good fit for you.As Executive Assistant to DaeMonte, you will be responsible for ensuring that he spends the vast majority of my time growing Golden Equity Investments and driving the business to hit targets and achieve its Vision. DaeMonte will be constantly improving and expanding systems and processes and your job is to ensure the implementation of these systems and processes once they have been created.You are the first line of defense against tactical tasks, projects, emails, and anything else that prevents them from doing so. You will not immediately take on all these tasks but these are the things we hope to accomplish first & fast.Compensation:$5 - $12 hourlyResponsibilities:Drive company by Values > SOPSSupport DaeMonte in executing his vision and growing businessesManaging DaeMonte's calendar, productivity, travel arrangements, and logisticsScribing out and building out new systems and new processesManage DaeMonte's email inboxesHelping DaeMonte complete the items on their personal and business checklistsProject handoffs; once created, facilitating the implementation and management of said projectsKeep DaeMonte focused on the company's goals and not distracted by anything elseCold outreach and follow-up for recruitmentManage Files & RecordsTake activities and solutions created by our fast-moving team and create processes out of themReview and update company policies and SOPsAssist DaeMonte in building systems and processes and implementing these processes in company softwareSupport and back up team members in Marketing, and Dispositions and transactional coordinator*This could require taking on a full role in the company while we find a fit*ResultsEach position has a team member active and you understand the operations (dispositions, marketing, sales)Each member of our team has a clear outcome, knows their scoreboard, and understands what they are accountable for (OTA - outcome, transparency, and accountability)We have an engaged team of True Believers who are excited about our company direction and committed to achieving our Client Centric MissionWe practice transformational leadership in our organization and allow people to understand what they are truly capable ofThe projects we commit to are completed on time and create the desired outcome for our company and our clientsWe use the minimum effective dose systems and platforms in order to get the greatest resultsThe foundation of our company, accounting, finance, taxes, human resources, and legal are up-to-date and accurateWe have a catalog with full documentation on all of the companyxe2x80x99s systems and processesThe systems and processes in our Dispositions, Marketing, and transaction departments are written down and inside our company softwareDaeMonte has fewer and fewer day-to-day tasks allowing him to turn off and recharge when he's not workingQualifications:RequirementsAbility to lead othersHigh-level communication skillsAbility to emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the teamAble to consistently understand the intent and vision of DaeMonte and work as a sounding boardAbility to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit themHighly developed self-awareness and leadership skillsAbility to assess the company based on dataYou will work to decrease the noise of DaeMonte and be his barrierAbout CompanyThe CompanyWelcome to Golden Equity Investments, a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate problem-solving firm.
