Executive Assistant Recruitment Support

Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our recruitment team with administrative and operational tasks. This is a fully remote position based in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and manage recruitment calendars Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and updates Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases Assist with job postings and screening administrative tasks Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for the team Handle confidential candidate information with discretion Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives

Requirements:



2+ years of administrative experience (recruitment/HR experience a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and ATS platforms Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
