The Legal & Compliance department requires a dedicated
Executive Assistant
to support an increasing compliance, regulatory, and administrative workload. This role focuses on managing high-volume, administrative and compliance-related tasks.
The position works closely with Directors and Head Office stakeholders and therefore requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of director sign-offs, including resolutions, agendas, minutes, mandates, powers of attorney, e-minute books, and bank correspondence.
Preparation and submission support for statutory and regulatory returns, registrations, and applications.
APN submissions, exchange control monitoring, SARS mismatch audits, and zero-rated VAT documentation.
Vendor, credit, and non-confidential FICA requests.
Audit support for non-confidential components.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator (legal/compliance environment preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to work with senior leadership and handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
