Join us as the Executive Assistant to our CEO! We need a detail-driven, resourceful, and energetic professional who can manage priorities, streamline processes, and help keep the CEO operating at their highest level. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and daily schedule.
Handle email communication and ensure urgent items get immediate attention.
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track action items.
Arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics.
Serve as the CEO's point of contact for internal and external communication.
Keep projects and follow-ups organized and moving forward.
Protect the CEO's time by anticipating needs and solving issues proactively.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
