To keep the founder focused on growth, we're hiring an Executive Assistant to act as the founder's right hand -- ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and consistent execution.
What You'll Do
Manage internal workflows, oversee virtual assistants and contractors, and keep projects on track.
Troubleshoot campaigns, monitor ad/lead performance, and liaise with U.S. buyers and law firms.
Create SOPs from Looms/voice notes and improve operational processes.
Handle calendar, travel, and inbox management with accuracy and speed.
Join buyer calls, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships.
Provide weekend or after-hours support when urgent issues arise (with premium pay).
What We're Looking For
Highly reliable, responsive, and proactive.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
Tech-proficient: comfortable with ad dashboards, CRMs, and workflow tools.
Able to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
Bonus: experience supporting entrepreneurs, working in legal/marketing/lead generation, or setting up marketing tools (Facebook Pixels, APIs, JSON).
Time Zone
You will need to be available to work at least half of the working day for the New York time zone.

First, open the link below and watch the Loom video. You will then follow the instructions to create a landing page on Unbounce with the Buyer Spec Sheet provided in the document. You will create a different landing page to the demonstration video.
After completing the landing page, you will create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for how to set up a landing page. This will be a very clear document which anyone could follow to set up a landing page.
