Job Summary Executive Assistant | Fully Remote | US-Based Clients (Work from South Africa)
StratLab partners with established and high-growth companies in the United States and Cayman Islands that intentionally build long-term executive support teams in South Africa. These are fully remote, permanent roles, not freelance or independent contractor positions.
Our clients engage us when they require Executive Assistants who can operate at a senior level, bring structure to complexity, and support founders and executives in fast-paced international environments.
Role overview
- 100% remote
- Permanent employment (not an independent contractor)
- Working hours aligned to US time zones, primarily EST
- Based in South Africa, supporting international executives
- Clients across fintech, crypto, legal, and startup sectors
This role suits experienced Executive Assistants who act as trusted partners rather than task administrators.
