Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the CEO's diary, meetings, and engagements.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Act as the main point of contact between the CEO's Office and stakeholders.

Proven discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
5+ years' experience in executive support or senior administration, with proven C-suite engagement.
Relevant qualification in Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Advanced MS Office Suite skills and experience with collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex travel, schedules, and high-level events.
