What are we looking for?




We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Execution Administrator

to join our Finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of business processes, managing documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams with administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you!

What do we expect from the candidate?



2-3 years

in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics support role. Hands-on experience with: GRV/GRN processes. Import documentation and costing. Regulatory applications (e.g., State Vet permits, LC bank processes). Supplier coordination and NCR handling.

The key responsibilities:



Manage GRV (Goods Received Voucher) stock processes. Prepare costings for import stock. Follow up with warehouse to ensure GRN's are received in good order and accurately matched. Handle State Vet permit applications. Manage LC (Letter of Credit) bank applications and resolve related State Vet/permit queries. Questionnaires (Bragan + customers) NCRs to suppliers following up with suppliers on ETA's (daily) Maintain and update all supporting documents (e.g., Kosher/Halaal certifications) on the system; remove outdated versions. Complete and submit questionnaires (Bragan and customer-specific). Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) to suppliers and follow up daily on ETAs. Assist Sales team with supplier statement requests and related support. Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.

If you possess...




Must-Have

:

Matric / Grade 12. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics or Business Management. Certificate in Import & Export Management. Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in procurement, logistics or inventory. Experience with import documentation and customs regulations. Prior exposure to supplier audits or quality assurance would be advantageous.

Nice-to-Have

:

Proficiency in

inventory management systems

(e.g., SAP, Syspro, Oracle) Strong

Excel skills

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cost analysis) Familiarity with

document control systems

for compliance (e.g., Kosher/Halaal certifications)

Attention to detail

- critical for matching GRNs and managing compliance documents.

Communication skills

- for liaising with suppliers, warehouse teams, and sales.

Time management

- juggling daily follow-ups, permit deadlines, and ad hoc tasks.

Problem-solving

- especially when dealing with supplier delays or document discrepancies.
