Brite Idea is seeking experienced, mature, and results-driven Exclusive Freelance Sales Representatives to represent the company within these designated regions. This role is suited to a self-motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining high professional standards.
Successful candidates will be appointed as the exclusive representative for their allocated region and will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the freelance exclusive sales representative for Brite Idea within the allocated province
Actively prospect, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Promote and sell company products/services only
Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports
Represent Brite Idea in a professional, ethical, and trustworthy manner
Minimum Requirements
Mature candidate with proven sales experience (field sales preferred)
Valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)
Communication devices essential
Must reside in Free State, Western Cape, or Northern Cape
Good credit record (verification required)
Valid police clearance (compulsory)
Traceable references (minimum of two)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Energetic, flexible, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
