Position Responsibilities:
As a Financial Assistant at ManageAir, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Generating and maintaining property statements.
  • Processing payments to suppliers, employees, and property owners.
  • Utilizing and optimizing Xero for efficient financial management.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
  • Conducting daily data processing.
  • Assisting the finance manager with key performance indicator (KPI) inputs.
  • Conducting reconciliations of various financial accounts.
  • Upholding and applying standard operating procedures within the department and the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Management with a major in accounting.
  • Qualified Accountant (SAIPA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (and other Google Cloud Based tools), Microsoft Word and Xero.
  • Experience in finance management, including debtors, payables, and income statement management.
Work Hours:
  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Days: Monday to Friday
