This is a full-time, on-the-ground role based in Selby, Johannesburg, with regular travel across Gauteng and occasional national travel. Manage end-to-end event setup and execution mobile bars, teams, stock, and gear
Lead teams of bar staff and runners on-site with confidence and efficiency
Handle event prep at the warehouse and travel to venues for setup and pack-down
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and venues to ensure flawless service
Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards
Complete post-event reporting, stock reconciliation, and team feedback
Requirements
2+ years experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or bar operations
Own reliable car & valid drivers license (non-negotiable)
Strong leadership skills able to manage teams under pressure
Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and extended travel periods
Confident on MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in stadiums or large-scale events is a big plus
High levels of initiative, grit, and accountability
