Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and SOPs are adhered to.
Maintain all necessary files and records to ensure operational efficiency.
Compile function sheets as required.
Share relevant information with other departments as applicable.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Determine method of payment and ensure adherence to the company's credit policy.
Maintain professional and courteous relationships with guests; ensure complaints and requests are handled promptly.
Manage and coordinate events from planning through execution.
Manage group STO restaurant bookings.
Liaise with the Reservations Department to manage and confirm group and individual bookings.
Manage and monitor bookings on Dineplan.
Opera experience will be advantageous.
Assist with Food & Beverage Duty Manager shifts as rostered or required.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required.
