Key Responsibilities
:
Administration & Customer Service
: Handle bookings and inquiries via phone and email; manage activity schedules and cash-ups.
Main Host & Event Coordinator
: Serve as the primary host during weekends and public holidays; supervise reception, guides, and group activities.
Event & Group Booking Management
: Oversee group bookings, including catering coordination, menu planning, and table setup.
Stock Management
: Perform weekly stock checks, place orders, and shop for supplies needed for weekend and group events.
Partnership Coordination
: Liaise with off-site partners (e.g., hot air balloons, spas) to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Hours
: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (later when hosting events)
Weekends/Public Holidays
: Work every 2nd weekend and all public holidays (non-negotiable). Time off given on the following Monday and Tuesday.
