What You Bring
South African citizen or valid work permit holder.
At least 35 years of event or banqueting management experience within a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or nature-based retreat environment.
Proven ability to manage high-end, multi-day events in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Strong operational and leadership skills, with a creative and collaborative approach.
A passion for sustainability, culture, and curating meaningful guest experiences.
