Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Events & Sales Coordination



Drive sales and maximize group bookings and event occupancy



Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally



Plan, coordinate, and execute events and group activities from start to finish



Create function sheets, coordinate with clients, and manage on-the-day logistics



Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns in real-time



Maintain and update packages, menus, imagery, and preferred supplier lists



Prepare weekly reports and provide feedback to the Club Manager



Client Service & Hosting



Be the first point of contact for clients and group bookings



Welcome and brief guests on club and court rules



Facilitate smooth check-ins and event flow



Introduce new players to the Padel community (rules, WhatsApp group, engagement)



Support on-site client needs, including ball collections and player substitutions



Operations & Administration



Maintain deep knowledge of all operational procedures and offerings



Manage stock levels and conduct monthly stock takes of event equipment



Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and quoting



Oversee event-related financials and ensure cost-effective operations



Court & Facility Maintenance



Ensure courts are clean, safe, and in good condition (glass, turf, nets)



Maintain club cleanliness, including bins, furniture, and public spaces



Monitor daily upkeep in line with aesthetics standards



Marketing Support



Assist with photo content creation during events



Stay updated with industry and event trends



Help promote the club through quality service and visual presentation



Additional Expectations



You must be available telephonically and have access to email at all times



Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Minimum Requirements



Education & Experience:



Padel Experience!



Grade 12 or equivalent



2-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, or a related field



Core Competencies:



Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills



Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities



Attention to detail and high levels of organisation



Ability to manage stress and work independently



Leadership, teamwork, and a proactive mindset



Business alignment and commercial awareness



Between 1 - 3 Years
