Join Our Team: Auto Body Estimator / Assessor

Auto Wheels Autobody, a leading provider of auto body repair services in Johannesburg, is seeking a motivated and experienced Auto Body Estimator / Assessor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Accurately assess and quote damage to vehicles. Establish their own customer base and bring work in. An advanced level of understanding of cars, parts, and how a car works. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintain customer relations. Utilize industry-standard estimating software to generate detailed repair quotes. Work collaboratively with technicians to ensure estimates are comprehensive. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers. Contribute to a productive and efficient team environment. Able to carry out any other reasonable task requested by managers or directors.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Auto Body Estimator / Assessor or similar field. Proven ability to accurately assess and estimate collision damage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with TMS Teamwork / Audatex. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Intermediate computer skills. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Punctuality and a strong work ethic. A desire to learn and grow. Excellent communication skills. A team player.

Working Hours are from: 6:45am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, 07:30am to 14:00pm Saturdays.
