Job Description
We are well established and an industry leader in the Crane Hire, Container Logistics and Transport industries. We require the services of a competent and self-motivated individual to be appointed in the following position within the organization. Core Competencies:
- Analysing requirement documents, plans and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
- Determine what factors will influence the cost of the project.
- Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the project.
- Create labour estimates for the project.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with the (sub) contractors.
- Prepare a detailed cost analysis.
- Prepare and present estimates to management for approval.
- Analyse costs.
- Write reports when necessary.
- Senior certificate with mathematics essential.
- A technical background is required.
- A minimum of 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role.
- Computer literacy specifically the Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Self-Motivated, team player with excellent communication skills.
