Operational Requirements:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient project execution.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation, managing materials, labor and timelines effectively.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties or vendors for the flawlessness execution of projects.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure all projects adhere to framework conditions and documentation requirements.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools, systems and techniques.
• Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.
• Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establishing and managing a detailed project budget to track expenditures and ensure financial accountability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Site Construction and Estimation experience is needed
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as CCS, Candy,Bluebeam, Procore, Buildsmart or RSMeans
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional certification (e.g. Certified Professional Estimator) is a plus
