Kendrick Recruitment are looking for a dynamic Estate Management Couple to oversee the maintenance and administration of a luxury property in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape. This role demands a combination of hands-on maintenance skills, administrative prowess, and a passion for horticulture. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of the estate. Responsibilities:

• Person 1: Oversee and manage all aspects of property maintenance, utilizing your extensive experience in hospitality establishment maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining multiple properties at the highest standards.
• Person 2: Utilize your exceptional administrative skills or horticulture experience to support the smooth functioning of the estate's administrative tasks or enhance its natural beauty.
• Collaborate closely as a couple to ensure the efficient and effective management of the luxury property.
• Maintain records of all property-related activities and ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant regulations.
• Undertake proactive measures to identify and resolve any potential maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Person 1: Must possess a Formal Trade Qualification and at least 5 years of experience in overseeing maintenance in a hospitality establishment.
• Person 2: Should demonstrate exceptional administration abilities or possess relevant experience in horticulture.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively as a couple in managing the property.
• A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
