ESTATE GARDEN MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE

We are seeking an experienced Estate Garden Manager to oversee the full maintenance and presentation of a large residential estate's landscaped gardens and outdoor areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 15 gardening and maintenance staff.

Oversee all aspects of landscaping, irrigation, and horticultural upkeep.

Implement seasonal planting, pruning, pest control, and turf management schedules.

Maintain high standards of presentation across all common and private garden areas.

Manage equipment, materials, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Liaise with trustees, managing agents, and residents regarding garden matters.

Ensure safety compliance and efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

experience in garden or landscape management, preferably on residential estates.

Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and turf maintenance.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Driver's licence and reliable transport essential.
