Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support ERP applications including SAP, Evolve, and Xperteck.
Analyse and resolve system issues; provide long-term solutions.
Contribute to Help Desk knowledge base with quality problem-resolution articles.
Support system implementations and collaborate with process owners.
Monitor critical systems and ensure data accuracy.
Log, prioritise, and manage calls; liaise with suppliers for 1st/2nd level support.
Recommend and implement continuous improvements to systems and processes.
Document technical processes for existing and new functionality.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in IT or related field.
5+ years experience in customer-facing system support.
Experience with databases, reporting, and query tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Excellent communication across all business levels.
Team player with a desire to learn and grow.
