Job Description
Join Nautilus Pharma as an Equipment Cleaner and play a key role in maintaining the highest production standards. You will steam and thoroughly clean production equipment, ensuring it is ready for safe and efficient use. Responsibilities:
Equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Clean equipment by making use of the steam cleaner or other relevant tools.oEnsure that all equipment is clean according to SOP. oMaintenance and cleaning of machinery and tooling.oEnsure that disinfectant log is updated.oEnsure that the tank cleaning checklist are completed accurately and authorized.o
- Maintain a high standard of General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the department as per SOP. oMaintain high standards of safety in the steam cleaning department. oEnsure that all safety devices on the machines are working effectively.
- Grade 12 certificate.oBasic Computer literacy.oPrevious cleaning experience.o1 year experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical environment advantageous.oKnowledge of GMP.oKnowledge of HACCP.oKnowledge of production documentation.oKnowledge of reconciliation and processesoKnowledge of occupational health & safety, and environmental standards
