Job Description
Primary Duties will Include:
- Implement and maintain Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Conduct environmental system and compliance audits
- Monitor and maintain environmental sustainability statistics for all projects including Head Office.
- Develop, amend and maintain environmental documents and procedures.
- Prepare monthly environmental reports
- Assist, give advice and enforce environmental issues related to all projects including Head Office.
- Create and communicate environmental events and campaigns.
- Implement National Environmental Legislation and relevant applicable laws
- Relevant Degree / Diploma in Environmental Studies
- Exposure to and understanding of implementation of ISO 14001 (EMS)
- ISO 14001:2015 Standard
- ISO 9001:2015 Standard
- NEMA, NEMWA
- Good time management skills
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel.
