Entry Level Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Hlumelo Direct Marketing (Pty) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within our company.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
Present and promote products/services to potential customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
High school Matric or equivalent; further education is a plus
Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and target-driven
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques
Reliable transportation to and from Potchefstroom
