Requirements
Three-year degree in the education and training field(or equivalent) and appropriate relevant experience.
A valid drivers license, computer literate(Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Experience and knowledge in the policy analysis and research
Sound knowledge of curriculum development
The following skills are required: Communication , problem solving, networking, facilitation, report writing, project management, research and curriculum development skills
Duties
The incumbent will be expected to perform the following duties:
Conduct research to identity trends in the technological higher education, implement and monitor policies and strategies related to technological higher education and training.
