THE JOB AT A GLANCE:
The Group SSED Director will drive the Tiger Brands ESD Strategy and manage the implementation of ESD programme across Tiger Brands. Additionally, provide leadership in development of ESD programme across Tiger Brands and ensure that supply chain transformation, commercial and developmental objectives are achieve in line with Tiger Brands corporate Strategy and BEE aspirations. The ESD programme will contribute to the organization's objective of making Tiger Brands a xe2x80x9cforce for goodxe2x80x9d and establishing Tiger Brands as a leader in development of small black business, black farmers and black distribution enterprises in the Food and Beverage sector in South Africa
