Education:
A Bachelors degree in the relevant field, such as business or MBA
PMP, or Programme Management .
Experience:
A minimum of 10-15 years of hands-on experience in managing complex enterprise-level transformation programs, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
Change Management:
Proven expertise in implementing change management strategies and methodologies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies within client organizations.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership qualities to lead a team of consultants effectively, set the program's vision, and drive the achievement of strategic objectives.
Strategic Thinking:
The ability to develop and articulate a clear program strategy aligned with the client's business goals and objectives.
Project and Program Management Expertise:
Proficiency in program management methodologies, tools, and techniques to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional stakeholder management skills to engage with various client-side stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Consulting Experience:
Prior experience working in a consulting or advisory capacity is highly valuable, as they will need to provide strategic guidance to both the client and the internal consulting team.
Team Collaboration:
The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of consultants, fostering a cohesive and high-performing project team.
Risk Management:
Proficiency in identifying and mitigating program risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex program information, status updates, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, including the ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Familiarity with project and program management software, as well as relevant technology solutions that support transformation efforts.
