An Enterprise Development Representative (EDR) focuses on identifying and nurturing of new business opportunities. EDR is also responsible for lead generation, qualifying leads, and providing product trainining to Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME). EDR play a key role in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth by building relations with potential clients staying updated on new products and services.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Marketing/Sales or equivalent
4 years practical experience
Duties & Responsibilities
Know and understand the full PG Bison product range and applications to identify opportunities within the ED market segment.
Identify, understand, and document ED indirect customer market segments, customer profiles and market activity.
Help create and regularly update picture of ED market activity inter alia heat mapping, geo locating, market share analysis.
Build ongoing and effective relationships with ED indirect customers.
Identify ED indirect customers' needs and help scope and implement necessary responses to meet those needs.
Create awareness and demand for the PG Bison product range within the ED indirect customer market segment.
Achieve targets set for hosting events, interventions, sales campaigns, branding, etc.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets for ED indirect customers.
Ensure distribution of accurate information regarding ED market segment back into business through presentations at sales meetings.
Create loop closure with sales team to ensure activities translate into direct sales.
Ensure ED indirect customers are properly serviced, maintained, branded, and merchandised as necessary.
