This is an incredible opportunity for an Enterprise Business Analyst to lead business process design and architectural alignment across a complex, multi-departmental transformation within a major public sector organisation.
This is a 12-month contract based in Cape Town, with a high likelihood of extension.
The rate on offer for this Enterprise Business Analyst role is R800 per hour.

THE ROLE
As Enterprise Business Analyst, you'll work with executive and operational stakeholders to analyse business needs, model current and future state processes, and align solutions with enterprise-wide architecture. You'll lead feasibility assessments, define functional requirements, and produce business cases to support key transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for a senior business analyst with architecture exposure, strong modelling skills, and experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years' experience in business analysis across complex environments
Strong process modelling skills (BPMN, UML, or equivalent)
Exposure to enterprise or solution architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Proven ability to assess feasibility and develop business cases
