Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Enterprise Architecture (EA) exposure to manage multiple complex initiatives across the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, align business and IT strategy, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate at both delivery and architecture levels, ensuring enterprise standards, governance, and long-term business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects across enterprise environments Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using structured methodologies Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment Translate enterprise architecture principles into executable project plans Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources effectively Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, standards, and frameworks Facilitate stakeholder engagement, steering committee updates, and executive reporting Ensure successful delivery of projects that support business and digital transformation objectives

Minimum Requirements

5+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture within large or complex organisations 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager managing enterprise-level initiatives Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or similar) Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong governance, risk, and financial management experience Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively

Advantageous Skills & Experience

Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or large enterprise environments Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) Experience working in transformation, digital, or managed service projects
