Your Objective

How you'll help us achieve it



Day-to-day, you will help us generate new revenues by sealing partnerships with Medium to large insurers and insurance brokers in North, East, or Southern Africa.

You will:

Develop a Sales territory by conducting outbound sales campaigns aimed at winning business for Curacel Build a healthy pipeline of business to reflect the potential for Curacel in the region, and work to qualify viable opportunities to close business in the medium term Meet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with the targeted customers (insurers or brokers) over the reporting period Jointly manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, with support from leadership within the organisation Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground, within your region, to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities; discovery, demos, POC's etc. Effectively use CRM tools to manage the entire sales process, providing accurate and timely reports on deal statuses Channel feedback from the market, customers and prospects to the company, to enhance our product offering and market position Report to the CEO/Head of Sales

Requirements



Highly disciplined, self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environment Understands sales process and the need for timely updates Goal-getter, creative thinker & solution oriented. Agile learner with a competitive spirit. Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, selling to FSI's/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub Saharan Africa. Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling, MEDDIC, etc. Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Have SaaS experience Have existing network and experience selling to the insurance industry Have Business proficiency in Arabic, French, Swahili
