External Sales Representative

What You'll Do:



Business Development & Sales Growth

: Actively source, engage, and close new commercial accounts, targeting industries like transport, logistics, engineering, and more. Solution Selling: Position Cartrack's fleet management and telematics solutions as critical tools that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and safety for businesses. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Sales Cycle Ownership:

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, pitching, to negotiating and closing deals with a focus on long-term success.

Collaboration for Success: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful client implementation, fostering strong customer retention and satisfaction. Market Awareness: Keep a close eye on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to adapt strategies that deliver competitive advantage.

What You'll Bring:



Matric (Grade 12) and a valid driver's license are essential 3-5 years of experience in B2B external sales with a proven track record in new business development, particularly in commercial sales roles Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to engage high-level decision-makers Hunter mentality Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM software and sales enablement tools to manage sales processes efficiently Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets
