Enrolled Nurse & Patient Liaison Officer

to join our team in Fourways. This role combines nursing care, patient support, administrative duties, stock management, and workplace safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

Provide basic patient care, take vitals, and assist doctors during consultations. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards.

Patient Liaison & Administration

Manage patient bookings, follow-ups, and communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Support front desk operations and ensure a smooth patient experience. Maintain accurate patient records in line with POPIA requirements.

Stock & Inventory Management

Conduct monthly stock takes and manage inventory of consumables and medications. Place and track orders to maintain optimal stock levels.

OHS & Compliance

Assist with Occupational Health & Safety checks, audits, and staff training. Maintain compliance documentation and safety files.

Requirements

Registered Enrolled Nurse (EN)

with

SANC

2+ years' experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical practice (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of stock management and OHS procedures Proficient in MS Office; able to learn practice management systems Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused
