We are searching for Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurses to execute Wellness Programmes

Execution of wellness drives and the mental wellbeing programs

Educate employees on health-related topics in either formal/informal groups or on a one-on-one basis

We currently have an exciting position available for professional, and dedicated individuals to come on board as a

Health & Wellness Practitioners

.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide and facilitate wellness related initiatives to ensure that

employees are offered a holistic (Mind, Body and Soul) wellness support programmes and that mental, emotional stresses, and diseases are prevented. It also assist employees with the health checks and to identify the problematic areas that are hampering productivity Manage the administrative and operational activities of service to ensure a quality, legally compliant, efficient, and effective service delivery Maintaining and assisting with the management of the Company chronic disease program Keep record of all activities conducted File and maintain legally required documents (soft and hard copies) Oversee and assist with maintenance of the equipment Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Compile necessary service management reports Planning and administration of the Service

Education:

Registered with South African Nursing counsel (SANC).

*Proof of SASOHN membership/Professional indemnity.

Basic Life Support

HIV testing and counselling

EAP Certificate

EAP Knowledge

Basic understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act with regulations

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
