We are seeking a
highly qualified and experienced teacher
with a minimum of10 years of teaching experience
to join our team as aSenior Teacher & Evaluator
. This role will focus on conductingteacher evaluations
, providingconstructive feedback
, and supporting professional development to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained.Key Responsibilities
Conduct
formal and informal teacher evaluations
in line with institutional policies and quality standards. Observe lessons and assess teaching methodologies, classroom management, and learner engagement. Providecomprehensive feedback reports
highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations. Mentor and guide teachers to enhance instructional practices and learner outcomes. Support curriculum delivery by ensuring alignment with best teaching practices. Maintain accurate evaluation records and follow up on progress after feedback sessions. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend professional development opportunities.Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree
At least10 years of proven teaching experience
in a formal educational setting. Demonstrated expertise inteacher evaluation and mentoring.
