Job Description
A great mining company in the Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of an Engineering Superintendent to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Root cause analysis, report writing, problem solving and trend analysis
- Ability to identify equipment faults
- Process, Equipment knowledge and Maintenance theory related to crushing, screening, conveying, stacking and reclaiming, gravity separation (jigging) , de-slimes and de-grid cyclones, water recovery (thickeners), tailing disposal, sampling, dust suppression and extraction and power reticulation
- Process flow of the production processes of crushing; conveyor & ROM stacking, on-grade wash and screening, off-grade wash and screening, beneficiation, high pressure roller crusher, product conveying & stacking, process water & slimes handling, product reclaiming and loading
- Automated process control philosophy, asset management and strategy, EAMS business processes, condition monitoring, relevant original equipment manufacturer training, process control and optimization
- Effective and accurate reporting
- Planning, leading, organising and controlling at middle management level
- Grade 12
- Electrical / Mechanical Trade Test Certificate
- N4 Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Planned Maintenance Management Certificate
- Supervisory Certificate
- 5 xe2x80x93 8 years of experience in a plant environment
- 3 years of experience as supervisor / leader
