Experience: 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Education: B.Eng or B.Sc in Computer Science (bonus points for leadership certifications).
Skills:
Deep understanding of software development & release processes.
Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and budgets.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution chops.
Knowledge of telecoms, networks, and internet technologies is a major plus.
