- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- GCC Mines & Works Certificate (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Minimum 10 years' mining experience, 5 years in senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record in project execution and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and risk management.
- Expertise in engineering design, systems integration, and technology adoption.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering systems.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership presence.
