The role is with a successful and growing mining contracting house. Reporting to the GM on this openpit mining contract, this role requires a very hands-on approach, strong people management skills and excellent asset reliability / yellow fleet knowledge.Based in the Northern Cape, and requiring long hours on site. Accomidation will be provided by the employer.Managing a large yellow fleet and staff complement, proven senior management expertise is essential.Previous experience in contract mining is highly preferred.A relevant engineering degree or NDip (Mech or Electr), GCC M&W plus 12 -15 yrs relevant experience and solid senior management experience (EM level, 2.13.1 app) is required.Must be a South African citizen or RSA perm resident.Salary: R200,000 xe2x80x93 R233,300 per month.
