ENGINEERING MANAGER Qualifications:

Engineering (NQF Level 7)

Must be a registered GCC Engineer with a valid Government Certificate of Competency

[GCC) for Mines

Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine equipment operations, preferably in a rental setting, with multi-site responsibility
Ability to assume the role of engineer in charge as outlined in the Mine Health and
Safety Act
At least 5 years must be in a Line
Management and Leadership role
At least 8 vears of broader experience in the

Mining industry
