Engineering Manager

Job Description
:
- Lead and mentor a skilled mechanical engineering team.
- Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Guarantee compliance with industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, PED)
- Drive innovation and process improvements for efficiency and safety
- Collaborate across operations, fabrication, and project management to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Minimum 10 years' mechanical engineering experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in pressure vessel design, analysis, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of ASME and related standards
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering
- Professionally registered Mechanical Engineer (Pr. Eng)
- Proven experience in leading mechanical engineering projects in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites as required
