Engineering Manager

Job Description
:
- Lead and develop a mechanical engineering team, providing guidance on pressure vessel design, fabrication, inspection, and maintenance.
- Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Ensure all mechanical designs and activities comply with relevant industry codes and standards, including ASME, API, ISO, and PED.
- Drive process improvements, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with operations, fabrication, inspection, and project management teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ASME standards
- Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, budgeting, and execution
- Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering
- Professionally registered Mechanical Engineer (Pr. Eng)
- Proven experience in leading mechanical engineering projects in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites as required
