You are proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.What youxe2x80x99ll be doingYou will provide technical support to customers on hydraulic tools, including product selection, application engineering, and system design. You will oversee and optimise engineering projects, effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvement and ensuring seamless operations within the manufacturing setting. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue as well as conduct market research to understand new products. Their products range from hand-held hydraulic tools to hydraulic power units and systems.What youxe2x80x99ll needYou will have a qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the hydraulic or related industry. You must possess a proven track record of leadership and management skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards and safety protocols. Previous experience overseeing and optimising engineering projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are also required to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
