Job Summary
Engineering Manager
To manage the day-to-day Temporary Works design and draughting requests of the assigned region, ensuring a professional and efficient service to operations.
Qualifications / Experience
- Civil Engineering Degree, BTech or Diploma;
- Minimum 10 years related experience.
- Either already professionally registered with ECSA or able to register as a professional in future;
- Temporary work design, and construction methodology experience
- Plan and coordinate workload of Technicians
- Manage and communicate efficiently
- Ensure business processes are implemented and followed
- Mentoring and coaching
- Ensure that all designs are checked before issued
- Site inspections and appointments as and when required
- Technically Minded
- Systematic
- Precise
- Excellent Management
- High Pressure Tolerance
