The Role: Engineering Manager
This role exists to lead and support a talented team of engineers, including test engineers, in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring successful project execution while nurturing growth and development. Working closely with product and design teams, you will help shape project goals and oversee the technical delivery. A hands-on technical background is essential to guide and support engineering practices effectively.
Key Responsibilities

• Bring 5+ years of experience in software development and leadership as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members to achieve high performance
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, timelines, and requirements
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and problem-solving where needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices
• Promote Agile methodologies across teams
• Ensure effective communication across distributed teams

About You

• 5+ years in engineering leadership or technical lead roles
• Strong technical background in software engineering, especially with Java and JavaScript
• Solid experience with distributed systems and GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies
• Experience with Agile development environments
• Confident team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
• Passionate about technology, continuous learning, and building strong engineering teams
